I had this, but the robot was also mirrored width-wise. We used a robot model made from STL files exported from Solid Edge.
I've not had time to look for a solution. For the time being, I have just worked using the sideways coordinates, and it hasn't really been a problem yet.

This is probably really simple and given everything else I have been able to figure out so far I feel kinda dumb for asking. I created my robot and was just working on an environment to put it in. When I load the robot its rotated 90 degrees compared to the floor. I have looked around for a fix but I think I'm just missing it. Anyone want to help out?
