qtcoin viewer problem in mac

Okal Billy
Dear Openrave users,

So I tried finishing install of openrave on mac again and now I get this error consistently,

17:49:10[makokal]@cmu-408724:(~/openrave/trunk)$ openrave
[textserver.h:384] text server listening on port 4765
2010-08-15 17:49:34.196 openrave[8466:2f03] *** Assertion failure in +[NSUndoManager _endTopLevelGroupings], /SourceCache/Foundation/Foundation-751.29/Misc.subproj/NSUndoManager.m:271
2010-08-15 17:49:34.238 openrave[8466:2f03] +[NSUndoManager(NSInternal) _endTopLevelGroupings] is only safe to invoke on the main thread.
2010-08-15 17:49:34.239 openrave[8466:2f03] *** Assertion failure in +[NSUndoManager _endTopLevelGroupings], /SourceCache/Foundation/Foundation-751.29/Misc.subproj/NSUndoManager.m:271
Qt has caught an exception thrown from an event handler. Throwing
exceptions from an event handler is not supported in Qt. You must
reimplement QApplication::notify() and catch all exceptions there.

Abort trap

And the viewer just never starts

Does anybody know why? it will be nice to fix this so I dont have to 'bear' with a slow virtual machine

Billy

hi billy,

perhaps a mac user could help with this, but my guess is that you have
multiple qt or coin or soqt libraries installed and your system is
getting confused on which to use
