taskmanipulation/visualfeedback interfaces broken since r1723

Dear All,

If you recently updated openrave (r1723 or later), please update to
r1731+.  A recent bug with the taskmanipulation/visualfeedback
interfaces left the entire robot link state in disabled mode, which
ignores all collisions.
